Sabiha Shah is the Founder and Lead Designer for Lotus Design Partners.
She has been a professional in the financial services industry for over 15 years, she is now transitioned into owning her interior design business. Sabiha is credited with a degree from the New York Institute of Art & Design.

Sabiha lives with her family in Needham, Massachusetts.
Our Story
I have been passionate about combining my coaching skills and design instincts into Lotus Design Partners for many years. When life gave me an opportunity to transition from my 15 year career in HR to start this company, I took a deep breath and got to work in completely immersing myself in the interior design world. As an HR Business Partner, I would spend my days coaching executives and employees on how to develop their career, guiding them to see the potential they could reach and loved when I saw the success of matching the right candidate to the right role. At Lotus Design Partners, I value these skills and apply them to how we collaborate with our clients.

From Day 1 we team up with our clients to coach them on how to make designing their space fun, while revitalizing the look and feel in a functional and cost-effective way. We believe home is where you should feel the most comfort, while representing those that live in it. This is why during our extensive consultation process we not only want to know about your ideal style and color scheme, but we really want to get to know you, your family, hobbies, shared interests and favorite memories - ensuring that we are developing a home that compliments and matches you, while challenging its potential.
